Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Chic Locs, L.L.C. and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of $25 after the 15 minute grace period has ended. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
NEED TO CANCEL?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way.  Should you decide to cancel your appointment and you give 48 hours in advance notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.  However, If you cancel with less than a 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 that will be deducted from your deposit.  You will have to pay a new deposit fee to reschedule your appointment.
